How to Remove Sun Tanning from Arms

#1. Whenever you plan to go out in sun, use a sunscreen with high SPF. This will not only protect your skin from getting harmed by strong rays of sun but would also prevent your tan to increase its intensity.

#2. Make use of an Exfoliating cream.?Before applying this cream onto your hands make sure that you wet the tanned area with warm water. Now apply this cream and after few minutes rinse it again with warm water. This way, the topmost layers of your skin that are actually tanned will easily diminish and a lighter layer will be left beneath.

#3. Blend of Lemon, yoghurt and gram flour is a perfect combination to remove tan. Mix all of them and make a paste. Then apply it onto your tanned arms. Leave for few minutes to dry. Then rinse with warm water. Repeat this remedy two to three times a day and you will be surprised to feel the difference overnight.

#4. Lemon juice is an excellent ingredient for removing tan. It has a quite effective acidic nature and therefore it is known as one of the best sun tan removing natural ingredient. For applying lemon juice on the affected area you can either rub a diced lemon directly over your skin else with the help of a clean cloth or cotton you can swab the squeezed lemon juice over your tanned skin. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Don?t forget to apply a moisturising lotion following this home remedy.

#5. Baking Soda is another effective ingredient found in your kitchen to remove tan. Make a paste of it using water and then scrub over the tanned skin. If will immediately fade the tan and lighten up your skin.

#6. Last but not the least, cover your body when you are under sun. Either wear a full sleeves else wrap yourself in a long clothing. This will automatically not let your hands and arms get tanned.

All above mentioned ways are simple and natural to follow. So don?t worry for your ten patches; follow these steps and get rid of them quickly.
