The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a branded environment and will have a solid track record for coaching developing teams.br br More Information About the Role br To manage launch of the dedicated brand from scratchbr To be fully accountable for the PL delivery and growthbr To lead strategic brand development business planningbr To review performance according to the brand objectives and standardsbr To manage delivery of optimum ongoing sales and cost performancebr To maintain brand partner relationshipsbr To be responsible for setting product and pricing strategybr To manage the brand location strategybr To oversee brand marketing communication tools and plansbr To provide team development and leadershipbr To be responsible for team succession planningbr To share best practices and ensure that they are rolled out in all key performance areas of operationsbr br The Person We Require br Energetic dynamic Charismatic Individualbr Commercially astute and profit drivenbr An influential, proactive and strong leaderbr A proven track record of delivering success through teamworkbr An excellent negotiatorbr Comfortable managing complexitybr years gained in food retail and or high end food FMCG grocery related retail industry (including a minimum of half in senior management positions) and passionate for food brands and retailbr Preferably with some multi national multi site experiencebr br Excellent Salary Packages Offered for this role, along with huge career progression!br
